As an independent franchisee, you independently guide clients in home financing, insurance, pension planning, and wealth accumulation. - Possess a bachelor's or master's degree
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector

- Listen attentively and be able to empathize well with the client's situation
- Work accurately, be stress-resistant, and enjoy taking responsibility
- Possess strong communication skills and easily build trust
- Be digitally skilled and work smoothly with various software applications
