Day Activity Supervisor

• You supervise a small group of participants (maximum 6 young people) during meaningful day activities
• You assist with the daily care of animals, the vegetable garden, and small activities on the care farm
• You make time for a chat, a listening ear, and a warm presence
• You collaborate with colleagues, interns
• You ensure that the necessary administration (e.g., filling out a daily log) is in order

What they ask

• You hold a graduate or bachelor's degree, or have equivalent experience
• You are familiar with the principles of New Authority
• You have at least 5 years of experience and an affinity with children and young people who experience a more challenging developmental/growth process
• Neurodiversity is a familiar concept to you
• Very good knowledge of Dutch
