Tender Desk Officer
You are energized by partnership management and contributing to Dutch and international tenders with social impact. You will join an international team and help trainers-consultants realize new assignments and opportunities. The organization builds on over 40 years of experience in training, consultancy, organizational development, project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Its trainers and consultants work for renowned international organizations, government agencies, funds, charities, social, humanitarian, and other impact-driven organizations in the Netherlands, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
What you will do. As a member of the Business Development Team, you will support the Dutch branch of the organization and its global activities in successful and efficient acquisition. Your main challenge is to further develop the portfolio of the Dutch office, with a growing focus on the Dutch and European markets. You will identify and explore business opportunities, conduct market analyses, and support the development of proposals and the preparation of tender files.
You will work in a team of three people and also have regular contact with colleagues in Africa and Asia to explore and jointly develop international opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for potential client assignments that fall within the organization's areas of expertise and support Go/NoGo decision-making.
- Contribute to the successful and timely completion of acquisition processes. In doing so, you will maintain contact with external partners and clients, coordinate the process with proposal writers, monitor client requirements, and ensure the formatting and visual quality control of proposals. Finally, you will ensure that tender documents are submitted to the client in a timely manner and through the correct channels.
- Maintain acquisition-related data (CVs, references, submitted proposals, etc.), well-organized and up-to-date, in accordance with privacy rules and regulations.
- Advise the organization on quality improvement and efficiency of acquisition processes.
- Conduct market analysis to support the business development strategy.
- Prepare quarterly reports for the management team on acquisition processes, results, and lessons learned.

- A good command of French (minimum B2 level) is an important additional asset.
