You work daily on the technical elaboration of prefabricated wooden elements within housing concepts. You translate designs into feasible details and ensure everything is correct up to execution. You develop drawings, process client and project revisions, prepare bills of materials, and coordinate with production, planning, and suppliers. You ensure the feasibility of the design, check technical details, and, together with your colleagues, monitor progress within a LEAN working environment.
This way, you ensure that elements flow smoothly through design, production, and assembly.
What you will do.
- Elaborate elements in Tekla and/or AutoCAD
- Check dimensions, connections
- Process revisions and client changes
- Coordinate with production regarding feasibility and executability
- Contact suppliers about materials and delivery times
- Monitor planning and progress within your projects

- Relevant work experience as a work preparer in the construction sector
- You work accurately, think ahead in planning, and easily communicate with colleagues and suppliers
- It is not a problem for you to be off during the construction holiday and the Christmas period
