As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor of an organization. You are a trusted point of contact for both flexible employees and managers. The role combines human contact, HR administration, and organizational tasks.
What you do
- You start the day with an online daily stand-up with colleagues.
- You walk through the production environment, chat with employees, help new colleagues, and answer questions about contracts or planning.
- You delve into HR administration: process contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems, ensuring personnel files are current and complete.
- You answer questions on HR-related topics, support absence registrations, and ensure correct administrative follow-up.
- You schedule interviews for new candidates, write job descriptions, conduct job interviews, and send onboarding invitations.
- You coordinate personnel planning with colleagues and your manager.
- You contribute ideas for smarter or more efficient process design and propose improvements.
What they ask
- MBO-4 work and thinking level in HR or similar.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive, accommodating, and focused on collaboration.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
- Willingness to travel for collaboration days at other locations.
Preferences.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
