What you do
- Ensure the continuity, availability, and performance of the environment
- Execute and supervise updates, patches, and version upgrades according to ITIL and OTAP methodologies
- Perform impact analyses for changes and releases
- Serve as the substantive point of contact for suppliers and internal management teams
- Support escalations and business-critical disruptions
- Advise functional managers and planners on the setup and possibilities of the application
- Advise and support on issues related to the further setup, professionalization, and safeguarding of the application's management
- Contribute to acceptance, testing, and implementation processes
- Support configuration issues and application settings
- Document and transfer knowledge to management teams and users

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with the specific planning application
- Extensive experience with technical application management of business-critical applications
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management
- Demonstrable knowledge of interfaces, integrations, and chain management
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database analysis
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
