What you do
As an HR consultant, you will work in-house at a logistics organization, acting as the eyes and ears on the shop floor.
- You will make rounds, chat with flexible employees, and ensure new colleagues feel immediately welcome.
- You will answer questions about contracts, planning, or leave.
- You will effortlessly switch between Dutch and English in an international work environment.
- You will process contracts, keep personnel files up-to-date, and ensure all HR processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
- You will maintain an overview of personnel changes and absenteeism registrations.
- You will coordinate with team leaders, schedule interviews with new candidates, and ensure staffing remains adequate for the upcoming period.
- You will respond quickly to sick reports or unexpected peaks with appropriate solutions.
- You will play an active role in attracting new colleagues by giving tours and answering candidate questions.
- Thanks to your strong personality, clear communication, and people-oriented approach, you will be able to engage both logistics and production employees pleasantly and keep conversations positive, even when facing critical questions or resistance.
What they ask We are looking for a proactive HR consultant who thrives in a varied role and feels at home in a dynamic work environment.
- MBO 4 level of work and thinking, preferably in the direction of HRM, Human Resource Management, or a comparable education.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus.
- Driving license B and own transportation.
- Hands-on mentality, a great sense of responsibility, and the drive to get things done.
