As Team Manager Asset Management, you ensure that the buildings, installations, and technical facilities of a public service organization remain safe, reliable, sustainable, and future-proof. You play an important role in managing and improving the real estate and maintenance portfolio.
You combine leadership with substantive expertise and translate strategic housing goals into smart maintenance and investment choices. You work towards a professional asset management organization where performance, risks, costs, and sustainability are continuously balanced, applying asset management principles according to ISO 55001.

- Develop, implement, and improve asset management processes according to ISO 55001.
- Manage the availability, reliability, safety, and sustainability of buildings and installations.
- Translate organizational objectives into maintenance strategies and asset policy.
- Ensure a data-driven and risk-managed approach.
- Develop sustainable and professional collaborations with suppliers.
What they ask
- HBO+ or university level of thinking and working.
- Preferably a degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facility management, or a similar field.
- Extensive experience with asset management within real estate, infrastructure, or technical management environments.
- Experience as a team leader, working foreman/woman, or senior specialist within an asset management environment.
- Knowledge of asset management and the application of ISO 55001.
- Experience with lifecycle management, risk-based maintenance, and TCO methodologies.
- Knowledge of MJOPs (multi-year maintenance plans), NEN 2767 condition measurements, and performance-based maintenance.
- Experience with contract management, supplier management, and tenders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations concerning real estate, technology, sustainability, and safety.
- Experience with asset management systems, FMIS, or IWMS solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good advisory, communication, and negotiation skills.
