An experienced QA Officer is sought for a leading pharmaceutical company that produces and packages medicines, food supplements, tablets, and soft capsules. Quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central to the team and the broader organizational culture.
What you will do. As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and evaluating Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and supporting daily QA activities within the production and packaging environment. You will analyze quality and production data, identify trends and critical points of attention, and translate these into clear reports and conclusions. You will work closely with colleagues within QA, QC, validation, and production.
- Prepare, evaluate, and finalize Product Quality Reviews
- Control and analyze batch, production, release, and in-process data
- Evaluate deviations, OOS results, CAPAs, and other relevant quality issues
- Perform and evaluate batch reviews for medicines and food supplements
- Support general QA processes, such as complaints, supplier qualification
- Identify trends and improvement points within production and quality processes
- Collaborate with various departments to timely and completely gather necessary information for PQRs
What they ask
- HBO or university degree in a scientific field, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
- Minimum of three to four years of relevant QA experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrable experience with independently preparing and evaluating Product Quality Reviews
- Extensive knowledge of GMP, QMS processes, and relevant pharmaceutical regulations
- Experience with batch reviews, deviations, CAPAs, and analyzing quality data
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Strong personal qualities: analytical, strong communicator, accurate, independent, and a true team player
