Health Psychologist

• Act as the primary therapist and play a significant substantive role within the team.
• Work with adults presenting diverse, often comorbid psychological complaints.
• Combine diagnostics and treatment with monitoring the quality and progress of treatment trajectories.
• Conduct intake interviews and targeted psychodiagnostics.
• Provide individual and group treatments using evidence-based methods (CBT, ACT, EMDR, schema-therapeutic interventions).
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans, coordinating them within multidisciplinary consultations (MDO).
• Provide treatment and guidance advice to colleagues.
• Contribute to a stimulating learning environment by offering work supervision or guidance.
• Actively contribute to improving and developing the treatment offerings.

• Completed post-master's degree and valid BIG registration as a Health Psychologist.
• Affinity and experience with adults with complex anxiety, mood, and comorbid issues.
• Trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
• Works from a solution-focused framework and is skilled in evidence-based treatment methods.
• Clear, empathetic, and tactful communication.
• Calm and decisive in crisis situations.

• Availability on Tuesdays (fixed central day for MDO and team meetings).
• Availability on Wednesdays and/or Fridays is required.
