The IT/OT Infrastructure Architect will play a key role in the design and structuring of the industrial infrastructure foundation, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT environments, while respecting the architecture and cybersecurity standards of an organization. Key success factors:

- Alignment with organizational standards and industrial constraints
- Ability to structure and drive technical decisions across multiple projects
What you do
Role and responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the target architecture of IT/OT infrastructures
- Ensure integration between:
- industrial systems (MES, SCADA, UNS, etc.)
- IT platforms (cloud, data, applications)
- Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures across multiple sites
Network and infrastructure design:
- Define network architecture (LAN/WAN, segmentation, VLAN, flows)
- Support industrial connectivity (Wi-Fi, edge computing, IoT objects)
- Produce key deliverables:
- HLD (High-Level Design)
- LLD (Low-Level Design)
- IP plans and network diagrams
Cybersecurity and compliance:
- Ensure compliance with an organization's cybersecurity standards (MSR, Security by Design)
- Contribute to:
- the definition of the security architecture
- risk analyses in an industrial environment
- integration with SOC / supervision capabilities
Infrastructures and platforms:
- Design hybrid environments:
- On-premise (industrial sites)
- Cloud (AWS)
- Integrate key infrastructure components:
- compute, storage, backup (alignment with an internal program)
- container platforms (OpenShift)
- Ensure consistency between different environments
Program and governance contribution:
- Contribute to several INDUS 4.0 projects:
- Infra INDUS
- MES
- UNS
- Connected objects (e-Tag)
- AMR
- Participate in:
- architecture reviews (ASB)
- technical governance instances
- Align with an organization's Design Authority when necessary
Documentation and standards:
- Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices
- Ensure complete documentation across all layers (L1 to L3)
- Contribute to the industrial IT/OT reference architecture
What they ask Experience:
- 8 to 15+ years of experience in infrastructure / network / architecture roles
- Confirmed experience in an industrial environment (OT)
- Experience in IT/OT convergence is a major asset
Technical skills:
- Solid expertise in:
- network architecture (segmentation, security, industrial protocols)
- infrastructure design (compute, storage, backup)
- hybrid / cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- industrial systems (MES, SCADA, IoT)
- cybersecurity in industrial contexts
- container platforms (OpenShift is a plus)
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in complex and multi-project environments
- Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented approach
Languages:
- Fluent English (C2)
- Ability to obtain security clearance for a sensitive industrial sector
