What you do
- Guide employees and organizations on issues related to absenteeism, work capacity, and sustainable employability.
- Conduct consultations.
- Advise employers on employability and prevention.
- Actively contribute to preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with various disciplines within occupational health services.
- Have the opportunity to further develop yourself within the field.
- Take on more responsibility and independence, with guidance always at hand.
- Specific activities include:
- Guiding employees during absenteeism processes.
- Advising employers on employability and prevention.
- Conducting consultations on-site and partially hybrid.
- Collaborating with case managers and other professionals.
- Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities within organizations.
- Contributing to sustainable solutions for both employee and employer.
Who you are.
- You are a basic physician or an occupational physician.
- Experience in occupational medicine is a strong plus.
- You are open to further developing yourself within the field.
- You possess strong communication skills.
- You think in terms of possibilities and solutions.
- You enjoy working independently but also in a team.
- You have a B driving license.
