General Facility Employee

As a general facility employee, you will perform daily recurring facility tasks such as:

• Moving goods
• (Re)arranging offices and meeting rooms
• Performing mail rounds
• (Co-)maintaining the cleanliness of premises and buildings
• Resolving minor technical malfunctions

What they ask

• Dutch nationality
• Minimum VMBO working and thinking level
• Driving license B
• VCA certificate and proof of safe working with electricity (opportunity to obtain through the organization if not yet possessed)
• Preferably experience in the facility work field
• Proactive with a flexible attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Customer-friendly and able to handle complaints carefully
• Physically fit
• A security screening is part of the selection procedure

• Salary according to scale IBBAD 03
• Temporary appointment with the prospect of a permanent contract
• From 2025, employees will receive holiday pay and year-end bonus via an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 16.33% of the salary. The IKB can be used for:
• Exchange of commuting allowance (maximum 15% of salary)
• The monthly difference between the allowance for personal transport costs for commuting and the fiscal maximum
• A bicycle for personal use, including accessories and insurance
• A computer for work or study, including accessories and insurance
• A battery or electrical components for a bicycle
• Payment of trade union contributions
