Coordinator of Interdiocesan Work

• You are the compass and the engine: you coach the support team, coordinate the implementation of the annual calendar, and support the regional operations. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that agreements and plans are actually realized.
• You oversee the business side of the organization: you are the driving force behind the realization of the policy note and a consultation partner for, among others, the financial employee, board members, and partners of ongoing projects.
• You contribute to building a youth pastoral network: you represent the organization smoothly and loyally, both within the ecclesiastical structure and in the broader youth work field.
• You work independently, but are also part of a warm, driven team that shares the same mission: helping young people grow in faith and find their home in a safe, integral, and open community.
