The contractor supports a government organization with various legal and enforcement tasks. The role is structural and requires full integration into the team.
What you will do.
- Provide support to municipal enforcement officers (BOA's)
- Develop improvement actions resulting from the external audit of the Police Data Act (WPG)
- Perform and guide DPIAs for processes within Supervision & Enforcement
- Project management and coordination of CityControl
- Plan and handle replanting controls
- Participate in various internal and external consultation structures
- Prepare the annual VTH report (parts I and II)
- Prepare the VTH Implementation Program
- Process Woo requests
- Support quality improvement and implementation of Quality Criteria 3.0
- Perform activities related to permanent residency
- Manage contracts
- Handle complaints and reports
- Execute supervision and enforcement processes
- Draft enforcement letters and decisions
- Provide legal support within enforcement procedures
- Draft policy rules, memos, and work instructions

What they ask
- Completed education at minimum HBO level
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in supervision and enforcement within a municipal organization
Preferences.
- Demonstrable work experience within municipal supervision and enforcement tasks
- Demonstrable work experience with Woo requests, WPG, WKPB, VTH processes, Quality Criteria 3.0
- Demonstrable work experience with administratively sensitive files
- Demonstrable work experience with project-based activities and legal advice within enforcement
