What you do
- Guide new construction projects from the initiation phase to completion
- Systematically monitor specifications, tender documents, and planning schedules
- Ensure that delivery aligns with the project description, planning
- Prepare and evaluate risk studies
- Organize and chair project and construction site meetings, including clear reporting
- Check execution plans, technical datasheets, and calculation notes from engaged external partners such as architects, engineering firms
- Work independently with the internal project team, facility services, and external stakeholders
- Constantly consult with site managers during execution to closely monitor the construction process
What they ask
- Higher education degree in a construction-related field (Bachelor or Master in Construction / Industrial Engineer) or an equivalent level through acquired experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in utility, office, or residential construction
- Strong in managing budget, scope
- Decisively negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Communicate clearly with various stakeholders in Dutch
- Very good ability to report concisely in writing, orally
- Perseverance and a solution-oriented approach
- Experience with systems and planning tools is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and safety regulations in construction
