In this role, you are responsible for the complete operational handling of facility projects. Your task package is broad and dynamic. The activities are an integral part of regular business operations and are performed within the existing organizational structure. The employee is part of the team, participates in internal meetings, and works under the daily guidance of the responsible manager. Priorities, activities, and desired results are determined by the organization.
Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role within the team that requires full integration into the organization.
What you will do.
- You will interact intensively with the Housing and Education departments to integrally coordinate projects
- You will independently contact suppliers, request quotes, and make sharp delivery agreements
- As the right hand of the head of facility affairs, you will identify bottlenecks before they arise and proactively take over tasks
- You will perform a broad and dynamic set of tasks within the existing organization
- You will be part of the team, participate in internal meetings, and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager
- Due to the importance of continuity, knowledge retention, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, this is a structural role that requires full integration into the team
Profile
- The client will request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
- If the contractor provides personnel, the contractor must be registered in the trade register as a company that provides personnel (in accordance with Waadi)
