What you do
As an insurance physician, you are an important link within the socio-medical process. You work closely with task delegation case managers and together with them form the treatment team within Sickness Benefits Act files.
- Assess work capacity (or incapacity) and provide socio-medical advice
- Coach and guide case managers within task delegation
- Conduct medical consultations where necessary
- Monitor compliance with medical standards and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge development and organize knowledge sessions
- Contribute ideas for improvements in the organization's services
Profile
