As an L&D Business Partner, you are the strategic sparring partner for various organizational units within an energy company. You work closely with HR Business Partners, Business Owners, and Management Teams, translating strategic ambitions into concrete development and learning solutions.
What you will do.
- Translate organizational objectives into concrete L&D needs and learning solutions
- Build, manage, and professionalize the Academies within your organizational units
- Optimize the learning portfolio to ensure the offering remains aligned with developments and needs within the organization
- Manage mandatory training, training matrices
- Provide management teams with insights and advice on learning, development
- Build strong relationships with HRBPs, Business Owners, MT members, and other stakeholders
- Analyze results and developments and use data to make targeted adjustments
- Optimize processes and contribute to a professional and future-oriented learning landscape
Profile
You are an L&D professional who:
- Can think strategically and act practically
- Firmly positions L&D within the organization
- Knows how to connect different interests
- Can advise and spar at a strategic level
- Works proactively and solution-oriented
- Gets energy from change and development
- Has an eye for results and data-driven work
What they ask
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a comparable L&D or educational role
- Preferably experience as an L&D Business Partner
- Experience with building, developing, and professionalizing Academies
- Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills
