Residential Support Worker Night Shifts

As a residential support worker for night shifts, you ensure that residents with acquired brain injury (ABI) feel safe and secure. You are the trusted point of contact at night, perform minor nursing technical actions where necessary, and keep a close eye on the digital care plan. In case of unrest or acute care questions, you know what to do. You work independently, but always with the option to fall back on a colleague on call.

Profile

  • Knowledge of epilepsy and diabetes.
