A retail organization is immediately looking for a Customer Service Employee to join a young, friendly, and motivated team. You will be the first point of contact for (potential) customers, assisting them via email, Whatsapp, live chat, and/or phone. Customers have unique stories and expect a personal and appropriate response. You will help them further so they can enjoy their product.
What you will do.
- Provide personal customer service to potential and existing customers
- Assist customers in determining their needs with a commercial mindset
- Process placed orders
- Proactively prevent complaints and resolve them if they arise
- Contribute to improving the customer experience
- Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure an optimal customer experience
Profile
- MBO+ working and thinking level (equivalent to a higher vocational education)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset
- Available at least 2 days per week
- Willingness to work irregular hours during busy periods, including evenings and 1-2 weekend days per month
