A construction company, specialized in turnkey homes, is looking for a commercial representative for building renovations and extensions.
- You will benefit from an extensive and continuously renewed customer base of people who have shown interest in construction projects.
- Eight show homes are available across the country.
- Periodic open days are organized to attract potential customers.
What you do
- You contact customers who have requested documentation in your working area.
- After appointments, you receive a detailed bill of quantities with unit prices.
- You explain this detailed bill of quantities, which determines the final value of the construction, to the customers.
- Appointments with customers take place at their home or in a show home.
Profile
- Dynamic and responsible.
- Experience in sales and/or construction.
- Motivated and proactive with the ambition to succeed.
- Innate talent for making contacts and negotiating.
- A keen sense of sales.
Practical
- Training will be provided on building renovations and extensions.
- Very attractive and immediate income as a self-employed professional.
- Possibility to work part-time as a self-employed professional in a secondary occupation.
