Work Supervisor

• Guide and motivate a group of up to 24 individuals during their work activities.
• The work primarily consists of production tasks, such as making parts and labeling products.
• Ensure proper execution of work and timely delivery of products.
• You have a motivating and coaching role, conduct firm conversations, and set clear boundaries.
• You support the development of the participants and ensure rules are followed.
• Prepare the workroom and distribute tasks.
• Guide participants during their work, provide explanations, answer questions, and assist when needed.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as ordering goods, sending invoices, and tracking hours.
• Conduct progress interviews about their development.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure product and order compliance.

• Good communication skills in Dutch and preferably also in English.
• Good physical and mental condition.
• Enjoys working with groups of people and helping them progress, even when facing resistance.
• Good at explaining, staying alert, and always mindful of safety.

• Onboarding period by an experienced colleague.
• Follow a generic training and two function-specific trainings (total 8 weeks, full-time, paid).
• The application procedure includes an online home test (capacity test and questionnaires), a selection day (two interviews, capacity test verification, physical aptitude test), a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) application, and a medical examination.
