For the structural expansion of a commercial team, an organization is looking for a driven, independent Sales Recruiter or Qualification Partner. In this role, you are solely responsible for the pre-screening and qualification of candidates. This specifically involves attracting independent representatives for direct sales activities.
What you do
- Ensure the influx and initial telephone or digital screening of candidates.
- Transfer candidates for the final partner interview and contract signing once they are positively qualified.
Profile
- Active as a self-employed person (main or secondary occupation) with a valid business number.
- Demonstrable experience with recruitment within the sales sector (Direct Sales, Field Marketing or Call Centers).
- Commercial acumen to enthuse independent entrepreneurial profiles for a commission-based earning model.
- Results-oriented and dares to work based on pure performance.
Practical
- Work based on a 'Pure No Cure, No Pay' success fee per started representative.
- Total fee: € 500,- per successful match.
- Payment structure (Retention clause):
- 50% (€ 250,-) is paid out as soon as the independent representative actually signs and starts their contract.
- 50% (€ 250,-) is paid out as soon as the representative makes their first sale within the first month.
