What you will do.
- Individually coach and guide individuals with an autism spectrum disorder.
- Develop customized individual coaching trajectories.
- Work with clients who have autism-related questions and needs.
- Limited administration, the emphasis is on coaching.

- Thorough theoretical knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Experience in working with or coaching individuals with ASD.
- Maturity.
- Willingness to take the step towards a (partially) self-employed status (secondary occupation or fully self-employed), possibly through temporary employment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and share coaching experiences.

- Possesses sufficient flexibility to comfortably coach and guide.
- Creative and solution-oriented.
- Has demonstrable practical experience in working with people with ASD.
