What you do
- Support colleagues in the use of healthcare applications
- Analyze user questions, incidents, and functional needs
- Set up, manage, and optimize healthcare applications
- Test changes, new functionalities
- Translate healthcare needs into appropriate IT solutions
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and systems
- Participate in Agile/DevOps sprints and multidisciplinary meetings
- Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders

- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Experience in an Agile/DevOps environment is a plus
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required
Practical
