You play a key role in every case by assessing files, completing them, and informing all parties on time.

What you do
- Thanks to your work, every case proceeds smoothly, from intake to judgment.
- You keep the process running, maintain an overview, and make decisions on necessary steps where required.
- You do this for all case streams within administrative law (e.g., immigration cases, national insurance, and cases concerning the recovery of allowances).
- You assess incoming appeals from legal aid seekers and check for formal requirements, completeness, and urgency.
- You accurately register requests, complete files, and ensure all documents reach the right people on time.
- You send out judgments afterwards.
- You have extensive contact with lawyers, legal aid seekers, judges, court legal professionals, and your administrative colleagues.
- Thanks to your efforts, everyone is informed on time and correctly, and the process is clear, careful, and timely.
- You identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities in processes and collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring more research.
- You are an indispensable link in every case.
- You ensure judges and legal professionals can do their work well by providing correct, complete, and timely administration.
- You ensure every case receives the attention it deserves, from initial registration to judgment.
- You contribute to trust in the justice system by informing people about their situation.

Profile
- An MBO level 4 diploma, preferably in an administrative or legal field.
- Work experience with administrative processes.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- Computer skills, such as working with MS Office and being able to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
