FP&A Product Owner

• Partner with Finance leadership, FP&A, Controlling and business stakeholders to define the future vision for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to transform and digitalise Finance processes, moving towards a more efficient, data-driven operating model.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and improved decision-making.
• Ensure financial technology capabilities support effective controlling, performance management and financial risk oversight.
• Translate Finance strategy into a clear transformation roadmap.
• Champion an AI-first approach to Finance transformation, identifying opportunities to embed AI, automation and agentic capabilities into financial processes.
• Coach and guide Finance stakeholders in identifying, evaluating and realising opportunities for digitalisation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Work with Finance SMEs, data specialists, architects and technology teams to translate AI and automation opportunities into practical business use cases.
• Help assess potential use cases based on business value, feasibility, control requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Support the adoption of new digital capabilities, ensuring Finance teams understand how to use them effectively.
• Ensure AI-enabled solutions are developed with appropriate consideration of financial controls, data quality, governance, transparency and risk.
• Own the product vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog for Finance & Controlling technology capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives and business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value, transformation impact, user needs, financial risk and return on investment.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews and prioritisation discussions.
• Act as the key business representative for delivery teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, process efficiency, reporting quality and the value delivered.
• Work with ERP and technology teams to ensure solutions support end-to-end Finance processes and integrate effectively.
• Leverage ERP platforms, including Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with architects, developers, data teams and implementation partners.
• Ensure new capabilities align with the Finance operating model and enterprise architecture.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, reporting capabilities, data flows and user experience.
• Build strong relationships across FP&A, Controlling, Finance leadership, IT, data and technology teams.
• Act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, challenging existing practices and encouraging new approaches.
• Coach the Finance community through digital transformation.
• Communicate the vision, benefits and progress of transformation initiatives.
• Build alignment across a global, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of ERP experience, ideally within Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience as a Finance Product Owner, FP&A Product Owner, Controlling Lead, Finance Transformation Lead, Business Process Owner or similar.
• Strong hands-on understanding of FP&A and controlling processes.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Finance digitalisation, technology transformation or process optimisation initiatives.
• Experience owning a product roadmap or backlog and working directly with technology or development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience engaging with global Finance stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
• Evidence of driving business adoption, coaching stakeholders or supporting organisational change during transformation.
• Desirable: Experience identifying or delivering AI-enabled Finance use cases, intelligent automation or agentic AI initiatives.
• Desirable: Experience modernising FP&A, controlling or management reporting capabilities.
• Desirable: Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
• Desirable: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related enterprise planning or performance management solutions.
• Desirable: Understanding of financial controls, governance and risk considerations associated with AI-enabled financial processes.

• 70% travel is required.
