What you do
- Within this traineeship, you will work as an interim HR professional for various clients.
- Your tasks will vary depending on your experience: from HR Officer or HR Assistant to Jr. HR Advisor or HR Project Employee.
- You will guide inflow and outflow processes, support HR processes, contribute to projects, and be the first point of contact for personnel questions.
- You will step into new organizations, learn their culture and dynamics, and quickly become more versatile.
- As you complete more assignments, you will grow to tactical and strategic levels and can specialize in areas such as L&D, project coordination, or as an HR Business Partner.

- A completed HBO or university education (HRM, A&O Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar HR-related field).
- A minimum of six months to a maximum of four years of full-time work or internship experience within HR.
- Professional level Dutch, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

- Salary: € 2,750 - € 3,350 (based on 40 hours).
