Customer Service Officer

• Manage your own customer portfolio and process sales orders.
• Check orders for availability, completeness, and financial feasibility.
• Book and coordinate transport via SAP and communicate with carriers and other involved parties.
• Coordinate with customers, logistics, planning, quality, and shipping regarding orders and deliveries.
• Add and administratively process new customers.
• Check shipments and timely signal and communicate deviations.
• Coordinate and complete export and transport documentation.
• Invoice sales orders via SAP and check supplier invoices.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement in daily work processes.

What they ask

• MBO/MBO+ working and thinking level.
• You are professionally proficient in Dutch and English at a near-native level (German is a plus).
• You have experience with SAP.
• Good knowledge of export processes (especially documentation).
• Work experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a similar environment.
