You are responsible for the Outbound process of products on a logistics campus. Together with your team and fellow supervisors, you continuously optimize work processes and focus on the highest safety, quality, and productivity. You identify anomalies and initiate improvements in the processes, which you coordinate with the Operations Manager.
What you will do.
- Organize and manage your team to achieve established safety standards, quality
- Plan, coordinate, and control warehouse activities aimed at the highest possible quality of service to the client
- Identify deviations in productivity or quality levels
- Continuously improve your team/department and participate in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes
- Report on actual deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources, and advise the Operations Manager
Profile

What they ask
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within a logistics environment
- Passion for working in a LEAN environment and the ambition to continuously improve processes
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus
- Knowledge of procedures and processes within a warehouse
- Good knowledge of the English language; Dutch is a big plus
Practical
The role involves shift operations with working hours from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00, alternating weekly with a colleague. Your team consists of 25 to 50 operational employees per shift, and you are supported by two Assistant Warehouse Supervisors. There is intensive contact with the Customer Service department and the client.
