An educational organization offers education and childcare in a continuous line for children aged 0 to 13. This is organized in integrated childcare centers (IKCs) based on a single vision, mission, and organization. The organization has various IKCs, five schools for Christian primary education with toddler care and after-school care, a location for small-scale childcare, and a sports outdoor BSO. The organization is looking for LIO interns (learning-working) for various IKC locations.
There are different possibilities, and the organization is happy to think along with you about graduation research/thesis topics. The organization consists of 17 IKCs, 2 primary schools, and two childcare locations. With over 1000 employees, it provides care and education to nearly 10,000 children aged 0 to 13 in a continuous learning, care, and development pathway. The steering philosophy is focused on trust, growth, and development of every child and employee.
What you do
- You will work in the classroom with your workplace supervisor.
- Increasingly, you will independently manage the classroom.
- You will participate in various forms of consultation such as meetings, parent discussions, and other organized activities.
