A technology company is looking for a Scrum Master to participate in projects that truly matter. You are the guardian of Agile methodologies and the dedicated facilitator of development teams. Your mission is to maximize team efficiency and ensure the smooth delivery of innovative open-source projects.
What you will do.
- Coach and support the development team and the Product Owner in fully understanding and applying Scrum and Agile principles.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) with dynamism and efficiency.
- Identify and actively remove impediments (blockers) that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging best practices, team autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track team performance using relevant Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and ensure total transparency with all stakeholders.
- Foster a positive, caring, and communicative environment to maximize team cohesion, motivation, and well-being.
Profile
- Higher education degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master empowering technical teams, ideally within web or software development environments.
- Recognized Scrum Master Certification.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (knowledge of Kanban or SAFe is a plus).
- Perfectly at ease with agile project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Endowed with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Natural leadership, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and French (or Dutch) is a major asset.
