You will work for a housing corporation on new construction and sustainability projects.
- You will be responsible for preparing, guiding, and realizing various real estate projects.
- Projects are guided from the initial technical preparations through to execution, within agreed frameworks.
- Temporary additional capacity is needed due to an increase in real estate projects.
- You are an experienced technical project leader who can work independently, quickly gain an overview, and be a strong discussion partner for contractors, consultants, and colleagues.
- You monitor progress, quality, planning, and financial frameworks.
- You combine your architectural knowledge with organizational insight to successfully realize projects.
- The position offers social impact and significant responsibility.

What you do
- Prepare and guide new construction and sustainability projects.
- Assess designs for technical and practical feasibility.
- Advise on technical solutions and implementation possibilities.
- Establish and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Request and evaluate quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations with external parties.
- Evaluate offers and contractual agreements.
- Lead the technical direction during project execution.
- Coordinate and functionally manage internal and external project staff.
- Monitor quality, costs, planning, and lead times.
- Identify deviations and take appropriate measures in a timely manner.
- Maintain contacts with contractors, consultants, and other involved parties.
- Provide periodic progress reports.
- Maintain project administration and update relevant real estate data.
Profile
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience as a senior professional.
- Accustomed to independently guiding real estate projects.
- Broad architectural and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience with new construction and sustainability projects.
- Experience with both project preparation and execution.
- Knowledge of construction processes, contract formation, and tenders.
- Experience with evaluating quotations and technical designs.
- Financial insight and experience with budget monitoring.
- Experience with managing contractors and external parties.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- An independent, results-oriented, and problem-solving work attitude.
- The ability to quickly gain an overview and take responsibility.
