You will work as a Maintenance Coordinator Rotating Equipment within an industrial environment. You are an independent professional who thrives in a demanding setting where safety, operational reliability, and uninterrupted production are top priorities.
What you do
- Coordinate, organize, and supervise maintenance activities for rotating equipment within your assigned installation area
- Daily alignment with Operations on priorities, activities, and maintenance progress, with a focus on safety and reliability
- Determine the maintenance scope based on malfunctions, technical analyses, and reliability, seeking a balance between cost, quality
- Lead contractors during maintenance activities and monitor safety, quality, planning
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance Coordinators, Engineers, Planners, Operations, and external service providers
- Maintain an overview of all ongoing activities, analyze malfunctions, and actively contribute to structural improvements
- Monitor KPIs related to time, budget
- Support initiatives focused on reliability and continuous improvement
What they ask
- Completed MBO-4 education in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Approximately 10 years of relevant work experience within the petrochemical or a similar process industry
- Demonstrable experience with rotating equipment and knowledge of failure mechanisms
- Experience in a similar coordinating maintenance role within an asset owner environment
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Strong communication skills, maintains overview under pressure, takes ownership, and works from a strong safety culture
- Continuous improvement is self-evident
Preferences.
- Experience with SAP is a plus
