An organization is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the optimization and further development of their ERP environment. You will work closely with business users, key stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions, improve existing processes, and support the successful implementation of changes.
What you do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 functionality based on business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes
- Support users with Dynamics 365-related questions and issues
- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams on change requests and improvements
- Support testing, implementation, and documentation of system changes
- Investigate and resolve functional issues within Dynamics 365
- Contribute to integrations and improvements across the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to key users and internal teams
What they ask
- HBO-level education in Business IT, Information Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 and ERP processes
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, implementation or optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working with business users, IT teams, and external partners
- Knowledge of Power Platform / Power Automate is a plus
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management or Business Central is a plus
