Technical Service Coordinator

The assignment involves coaching employees, bringing structure, and ensuring the efficient daily operation of a technical service. It combines technical insight with strong organizational talent and natural leadership. As Technical Service Coordinator, you are responsible for aligning people, resources, and processes. You support and coach team leaders and warehouse staff, monitor the quality and safety of operations, and contribute to the future-proofing of the technical service.

In this way, you contribute daily to a well-maintained, sustainable, and safe living environment.

What you do

You take charge of coordinating the technical service and ensure clear, efficient, and high-quality operations. You:

  • coach and support team leaders and warehouse staff and help them grow in their role
  • ensure good task distribution, clear priorities, and strong collaboration between the different teams
  • monitor daily operations and intervene when processes can be improved, made smarter, or more efficient
  • safeguard quality, safety, continuity, and service delivery
  • develop and optimize procedures, work agreements, and internal processes
  • stimulate digitalization and further professionalization of the technical service
  • monitor efficient and sustainable use of vehicles, machinery, materials
  • collaborate closely with other internal departments, contractors, suppliers, engineering firms, and external partners
  • translate policy objectives into concrete actions and projects on the ground
  • provide substantive input for policy preparation, investments, and multi-year planning

Profile

We are primarily looking for a coaching leader who takes initiative, can engage people, and simultaneously has an eye for quality and results. You possess:

  • a bachelor's degree
  • experience within a technical environment
  • experience with coordinating or managing employees

Additionally, you:

  • communicate clearly and convincingly
  • know how to motivate people and stimulate collaboration
  • can set priorities and maintain an overview
  • think solution-oriented and quickly identify areas for process improvement
  • dare to take responsibility and make decisions
  • pay attention to safety, quality, and customer-oriented service
  • can easily switch between daily practice and a broader organizational or policy perspective

Practical

You will have a role with responsibility, variety, and visible impact within a local administration. We offer:
