You will work with the management of (inter)national clients, including listed companies and private equity firms. The focus is on complex tax advice in a dynamic environment.
What you do
- Set up, structure, roll out, and finalize management participation plans, in consultation with tax authorities.
- Advise on income tax and contribute to discussions on corporate tax, dividend tax, and international tax aspects.
- Handle diverse and challenging tax issues and advise on non-tax aspects.
- Monitor national and international developments in management remuneration and inform clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with accountants, lawyers, and valuation experts in commercial negotiations and the design of management incentive or investment plans.
- Advise a diverse group of clients, from large private equity firms to startups, on their remuneration policy.
Profile
- University background in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics (completed or nearly completed).
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Curious about professional developments and driven to make a difference with your team.
- Act with integrity, both internally and externally, and take responsibility.
- Ability to empathize with colleagues and stakeholders and recognize everyone's added value.
- Enjoy working in a team, incorporating different ideas and perspectives.
