You will work on a key business platform and everything related to it. You will investigate connection issues, assess the impact of new releases on other systems, and implement technical improvements with suppliers. You will combine independent execution with monitoring technical coherence.
What you will do.
- You will manage and optimize technical configurations and integrations with internal and external systems.
- You will monitor the availability, performance, and capacity of the platform and intervene when necessary.
- You will analyze technical incidents and problems and coordinate their resolution.
- You will perform impact analyses and advise on technical improvements.
- You will coordinate releases and deployments within the OTAP environments for development, testing, acceptance, and production.
- You will make agreements with suppliers and monitor the progress and quality of their work.
- You will keep technical documentation up-to-date and share knowledge with colleagues.
- You will participate in the on-call service to support the primary process (approximately one week of service twice a year outside office hours).

What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in ICT.
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical application management.
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and data streams.
- Knowledge of SQL for analyzing and resolving technical problems.
- Native command of the Dutch language is mandatory.
Preferences.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with governance, vendor management, or project leadership.
