• You give an aquafit group lesson in the swimming pool with a big smile.
• You prepare lessons with attention to variety, intensity, and enjoyment.
• You guide participants in a safe and positive way.
• You adapt your style according to the group.
• You stay informed about new trends and techniques.
• You provide clear information to clients about ongoing promotions, subscriptions, or formulas.
• You collaborate with the team and contribute to the professional image of the organization.

• You are energetic, social, and know how to motivate people.
• You combine your passion for sports with a strong feeling for guidance and safety.
• You preferably have a bachelor's degree in the sports or recreation sector.
• You possess a recognized instructor certificate from an official aquafit training.
• You have experience in giving group lessons (or are confident enough to jump right in).
• You are fluent in Dutch and enjoy being in front of a group.

• You are available at fixed, weekly times (and possibly on-call for replacements) on Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
• You work on a self-employed basis or via an interim contract.
