What you do
As a Backend Engineer, you will help create a more tech-driven culture within the organization. In this role, you will:
- Work with modern technologies such as Node.js, Typescript, AWS
- Build new projects from scratch and contribute to expanding or modernizing existing applications
- Take ownership of services used directly by customers or embedded throughout the organization
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable solutions
The team owns dozens of services that support both our end users and the broader organization.
Profile
An all-round software engineer able to work comfortably on back-end projects. We are looking for someone who can develop high-quality code, is curious, and actively acquires new skills, methods, and processes. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and wants to continuously learn and push the team to reach common goals.
What they ask
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with solid knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with AWS (CDK, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB etc)
- Experience with NodeJS, TypeScript and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Ops (serverless, pipelines, observability, configuration management, compliance etc)
Practical
- International working environment with loads of knowledge sharing
- English is the main language within the tech departments
- Relevant training will be accommodated when needed
