HR Specialist

• Expertly manage and maintain the integrity of all employee records, from personal data and contracts to performance reviews and training logs.
• Participate in HR projects focused on policy development, process optimization, HR digitalization, and continuous improvement of HR systems and and tools.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees, meticulously handling all necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing (for multiple countries and approximately 100 FTEs), guaranteeing all employee details are accurately recorded for timely and correct payments.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

What they ask

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven administrative experience within an HR department.
• Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (experience with SAP, UKG, or a comparable global system is a significant plus).
• A strong understanding of Dutch labour laws and regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with an eye for identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
