The field team is growing due to the expansion of blood collection locations in the region. A new colleague is sought for blood collection. You enjoy working independently, in your own region, and without evening or weekend shifts.
What you do
- You start your workday at 8:00 AM at a blood collection location in the region.
- From there, you travel independently to various locations, such as general practitioner practices, nursing homes, and small blood collection points in the neighborhood.
- Every day you drive a different route.
- You visit patients at home or in a healthcare institution and perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections.
- For thrombosis service patients, you directly determine blood values with a finger prick and discuss the results.
- With your calm and personal approach, you put patients at ease and are often a familiar face.
- During your route, you carefully process patient data in the systems and ensure everything complies with quality and safety guidelines.
- You work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Sometimes a route may run a little late.
- At the end of your workday, you hand in your materials at one of the organization's locations.
Profile
- Preferably an MBO-level healthcare diploma, such as Helper, Caregiver IG, Doctor's Assistant, or Nurse.
- Currently following a relevant medical or healthcare education? You are also welcome to apply.
- Experience with venipuncture is a big plus. If you don't have this skill, it will be taught during your induction period.
- Experience in healthcare and accustomed to working independently.
- Able to professionally deal with diverse patients and home situations.
- Work carefully, take responsibility, and communicate clearly with patients and their relatives.
- Possesses a B driving license and own car.

- You will join a committed and close-knit team of approximately 20 colleagues in the field.
- Although you work largely independently, you can always rely on your colleagues.
- Together with over 100 professionals, we work daily on reliable and fast diagnostics for our patients.
- The atmosphere is accessible, collegial, and personal.
- You will work within a collaboration between multiple healthcare institutions.
