Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you help teams excel, strengthen collaboration, and elevate Agile working within a public educational institution. The organization operates from an Agile mindset, with various teams working according to Scrum principles. You guide one or more Scrum teams and actively contribute to strengthening Agile working within the organization. You coach teams in applying the Scrum framework and encourage autonomy, self-organization, and effective collaboration.
You are the first point of contact for questions about the working method and help teams overcome obstacles. Additionally, you identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Together with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, and Agile team coaches, you work on further developing a learning and adaptable Agile organization.

- Facilitate all Scrum events, such as stand-ups, reviews
- Monitor the progress and quality of work and encourage teams to continuous improvement
- Remove impediments so that the Scrum team can function optimally and deliver results on time
- Safeguard the coherence between products, processes
- Stimulate team development and productive collaboration
- Be a sparring partner for developers, product owners, and stakeholders regarding the working method
- Coach team members so they can work effectively within a Scrum team
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of working methods within the internal Agile learning network
- Collaborate on increasing the organization's Agile maturity
