We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial sales professional to grow an innovative SaaS platform in the market. You will work directly with the founders, manage your own pipeline, and share in the profit you help create. This role suits a sales professional seeking a long-term collaboration.
What you will do.
- Acquire new clients in the SMB sector, especially in industries with shift work and field services
- Schedule appointments and give product demonstrations, both on-site and online
- Guide prospects during trial periods and pilots, and close deals
- Build a network of partners and resellers, such as accountants, HR and payroll advisors, software partners, and industry associations
- Represent the platform at events, networking meetings, and trade fairs
- Provide customer feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap
- Maintain a clear pipeline and keep the founders informed
Profile
- You are a native speaker of the local language and feel comfortable in the business culture
- You have demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software for SMB
- You have a strong network in the SMB sector, preferably in logistics, facility services, the automotive industry, temporary employment, or other field service sectors
- You are strong in demos, negotiation, and closing deals
- You work independently and are driven
- You speak good English, as you will be working with an international team
- Experience in building partner or reseller channels is a major plus
