Business Manager Finance

An organization is looking for a Business Manager Finance to strategically and operationally lead the team at a national level. The role involves a three-pronged set of tasks.

What you will do.

• Business Line Development:
• Focus on the financial sector.

• Build sustainable relationships with decision-makers such as CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controlling Managers.
• Responsible for maintaining and strategically expanding a strong customer base.
• Activate important financial and business networks to promote the services.
• Be a true sparring partner for the business.
• Offer flexible solutions for financial profiles, including various contract types such as temporary, permanent, outsourcing, and freelance.
• Commercial Focus:
• Proactively generate new business and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Execute commercial actions such as prospecting, following up on leads, and visiting clients.
• Outline strategic directions for the future, actively enter new markets, and increase market share.
• Operational Management:
• Ultimately responsible for managing the P&L of the business unit, driving healthy growth, margin control, and profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the team, guide them in their growth path, set ambitious goals, and help them excel.
• Optimize processes together with the team to continuously improve efficiency and services.
