- Burning bitumen on flat roofs
- Installing complete new roofing systems
- Renovating existing flat roofs
- Removing old roofing
- Applying and processing roof insulation
- Applying underlayers and top layers
- Making and finishing roof edges
- Finishing roof penetrations and connections
- Installing rainwater drains
- Performing roof inspections
- Tracing and remedying leaks
- Performing repair and maintenance work
- Assessing the condition of existing roof structures and roofing
- Signaling defects and potential future problems
- Thinking along about sustainable solutions for existing roofs
- Carefully handling reusable materials where possible
- Checking the quality of the work performed
- Working according to applicable safety regulations
- Maintaining contact with clients and contractors on site
- Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals

- Guiding less experienced colleagues when necessary

- Valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration
- Valid business liability insurance
- VCA certificate
- Driving license B
- Preferably own transport
- Own professional tools and necessary personal protective equipment
- Independently deployable on projects
- Works safely, accurately, and according to agreed arrangements
Preferences.
- Experience with EPDM and/or PVC
- Experience with zinc work
