An international consumer products company is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to temporarily strengthen its legal team. You will work in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly, easily switch between various legal files, take independent responsibility, and provide clear, practical advice.
What you will do.
- Commercial contracts: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service, SaaS, agency, and license agreements, NDAs, consultancy contracts, and supplier and collaboration agreements, among others.
- Consumer law and e-commerce: advising on promotions, product information, website content, and customer-oriented terms and conditions.
- Marketing and advertising: supporting campaigns, advertising claims, collaborations with influencers, and promotional activities.
- Risk management: identifying legal and commercial risks and translating them into concrete, actionable recommendations.
- Legal processes: improving templates, playbooks, and working methods to enable internal teams to work more independently.
Profile
You are an all-round lawyer with extensive experience as an in-house counsel, Legal Counsel, or attorney in corporate or commercial law. Experience in an international, consumer-oriented, or fast-growing environment is a plus.
- Independently drafts commercial contracts and negotiates fluently in English.
- Works quickly, structured, and accurately, with limited supervision.
- Takes ownership of files and follows them up proactively.
- Provides pragmatic, risk-based advice and distinguishes essential risks from less important negotiation points.
- Communicates complex legal topics clearly and accessibly.
- Manages multiple files simultaneously and flexibly responds to changing priorities.
- Knows when to act independently and when consultation or specialist advice is needed.
- Collaborates constructively with colleagues from different teams and at different levels.
- Is open to Legal Tech, AI tools, templates, and legal self-service solutions.
Experience with consumer products, e-commerce, marketing, SaaS, and Legal Tech is a strong asset.
