Within an organization, candidates referred by clients such as municipalities or the UWV are guided. They follow a development trajectory, participate in one of the organization's companies, or are seconded to regular employers. The counselors support people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and support needs, focusing on participation, personal development, or paid employment. Annually, approximately 300 trajectories are provided, and over 250 employees working for external employers are guided.
What you will do. As a counselor, you support candidates in achieving their personal goals. You help them develop skills, increase their self-reliance, and find a suitable place within participation, education, or work.
- Guiding and coaching candidates with diverse support needs.
- Drawing up, implementing, and evaluating development and guidance plans.
- Conducting coaching, progress, and development interviews.
- Supporting candidates towards participation, education, voluntary work, or paid employment.
- Guiding employees seconded to various parts of the organization or externally to a regular employer, including HR tasks and a coaching role.
- Maintaining contacts with employers, municipalities, and other collaboration partners.
- Identifying requests for help and, if necessary, liaising with relevant authorities.
- Stimulating self-direction, motivation, independence, and social skills.
