What you do
- Engage in architectural discussions and propose performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software components and automated tests within the business process management ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into digital solutions and refine the product backlog.
- Support release preparation including technical documentation, deployment activities, and incident resolution to minimize operational impact.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.

- Speak English and French.
